Plant Medicine Individual Mini Retreat

Service Description

If you are seeking a deeper experience working with plant medicine, in a safe, supportive environment, we offer to hold space for you in our home studio. This does require a previous preparation session, unless you are a regular client. It is your journey. We are there for support. You have the available options throughout your session of sound healing, hypnosis, guided meditation, breathwork, and spiritual counseling. We end with processing and suggestions for integration. We do a follow up check in and suggest further integration counseling withing a few days.
