Daniel offers a casual and welcoming way of holding space for your spiritual development and growth, by listening and offering guidance and insight to support your personal growth and spiritual journey. "I personally never got the healing I needed in a doctors chair or on a therapist couch in an office, I got it sitting on the floor, or the ground or on a yoga mat finally crying with the kind of people who understood exactly what I had been through, and what it had done to me and I could feel they had been through theirs" In many times of spiritual disconnection and struggle, Daniel was able to find comfort and guidance from a variety of spiritual counselors, guides or directors throughout his life ranging from Zen Priest to Jesuit Priest to Shamanic Practitioners. So, whatever your belief system, we are open to all people who want to deepen their spiritual life and connection. Daniel received training from the Buddhist based Foundation of the Sacred Stream and studied Spiritual Direction and Pastoral Leadership at Loyola University, Chicago Institute of Pastoral Studies. He has 17 years experience as a retreat leader, spiritual mentor, and spiritual/religious educator in various capacities. His knowledge understanding of both Eastern and Western spiritual philosophies and paths, coupled with his own life experience and struggles along the spiritual path offer a unique perspective to help support you on yours.
